You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for first-time purchases.
2. Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed in good faith and may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated refund behavior, or clear policy violations.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe. Your bank may require additional time to post funds after processing.
